Minimum stays: Two consecutive nights. However please note with public holidays, long weekends and special events such as Field Days and Bathurst Races, we have a three-night minimum stays policy.

Cancellation fee: $100 per room per night.

Cancellation policy: A booking may be cancelled or reduced in length or number of persons 14 days or more prior to commencement without any charge. If the booking is cancelled or reduced in length or number of persons between 14 days and the commencement of the booking, the cancellation fee of $100 per room per night applies. After the commencement of the booking, the full fees due for the full length of the booking and number of persons booked is due and payable.

Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is by 11.00am

The following information only applies to guests staying in the Black Sheep Inn building:

*During Monday-Thursday, we provide yummy and filling continental breakfasts, while on the weekends we serve delicious three-course cooked breakfasts. 

BBQ facilities are available at $15 per person (we provide cutlery, plates, cleaning etc, but you will need to provide your own meats, salads etc).
